IRAN CONTRA AFFAIR

IRAN CONTRA AFFAIR 1980s U.S. political scandal involving senior Reagan administration official's who illegally facilitated arms sales to IRAN and the proceeds of those weapons sales diverted to the Nicaraguan CONTRAs rebel army.  NOTE: President George H. W. Bush then pardons 6 Administration officials found guilty on charges relating to IRAN CONTRA.  

SIG SAUER M11-A1

Fell in love with the SIG SAUER P229 during the 1999 #NATO Conference Washington D.C. Shout-out to the 331st Transportation Company Fort Eustis Virginia, assigned to provide Diplomatic driver support for the 1999 NATO conference. Portions of the diplomatic drivers training included firearms training at Quantico Virginia. 

In 2022 I purchased a compact version of the Sig Sauer P229 its designated as the Sig Sauer M11-A1. The craftsmanship of this weapon is superb and the accuracy is above and beyond. Well worth the price you pay.
