Charlie Earl Won't Back Down From Kasich - SB 193

LPO lawsuit against SB 193 to gain allies:
Ohio Green Party and Ohio Constitution Party to be added to lawsuit against Ohio SB 193.------------------------------------------------------
Original Post By: Libertarian Party of Ohio

COLUMBUS—Libertarian candidate for Ohio governor Charlie Earl is pledging to campaign full speed ahead even though his opponent signed a bill last week in an attempt to ban Earl and all other Libertarians from the 2014 election.

“We will not back down and we will fight this,” said Earl of SB 193, passed by the Ohio General Assembly and signed by Gov. Kasich on Nov. 6 “My opponent John Kasich has shown he is not above using the government to assault his competition and we will show him we are above his tricks. Our Framers designed government to be a servant of the people, not as a mechanism for limiting their freedom of choice at the polling place.”

The John Kasich Re-Election Protection Act” has energized Charlie Earl’s campaign supporters and brought more attention to the cause of liberty than anything in a while,” said Bob Bridges, Earl’s campaign manager. “Liberty lovers—Libertarian, independent, Republican and Democratic alike—are coming to support Charlie in his race for governor by the droves. This has John Kasich shivering in his boots. Our current Governor is not just scared Charlie will split the vote but that he will be the first Libertarian governor of Ohio.

Earl discussed his plans for Ohio, the 2014 campaign Sunday on 10TVs Capitol Square program. Earl plans to demonstrate “Third-Party Muscle” In the Ohio Governor Race. Read about that appearance here.

Audit The FED Money Bomb

Campaign for Liberty is launching an emergency Audit the Fed Money Bomb.

And how much you and your fellow supporters give will determine what programs we are able to run.

Raising $85,000 will pay for a targeted mail and email program to turn up the heat on certain members of the United States Senate.

Reaching the $145,000 level will allow C4L to pay for Internet, radio, and newspaper ads in targeted states.

Hitting our final goal of $250,000 will enable C4L to run hard-hitting TV ads turning up the heat on key U.S. Senators – including Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid - but requires more than Phase I and Phase II at $105,000.

This is our best chance in 100 years to expose this secretive and destructive institution. So please act right away!”

CMP ~ Civilian Marksmanship Program

Video uploaded by: packynakada | Feb 4, 2011

“The (CMP) Civilian Marksmanship Program, was created by the U.S. Congress as part of the 1903 War Department Appropriations Act. The original purpose was to provide civilians an opportunity to learn and practice marksmanship skills so they would be skilled marksmen if later called on to serve in the U.S. military. Over the years the emphasis of the program shifted to focus on youth development through marksmanship.

From 1916 until 1996 the CMP was administered by the U.S. Army. Title XVI of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1996 (Public Law 104-106, 10 February 1996) TITLE XVI SEC. 1601.  created the Corporation for the Promotion of Rifle Practice & Firearms Safety (CPRPFS) to take over administration and promotion of the CMP. The CPRPFS is a tax-exempt non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that has been Federally chartered by the U.S. Congress, but is not an agency of the U.S. Government (Title 36, United States Code, Section 40701 et seq). Apart from a donation of surplus .22 and .30 caliber rifles in the Army's inventory to the CMP, the CMP receives no Federal funding.”
