Assault Weapons Ban of 2013

Excellent video presentation above. Note: I am (NO) fan of the Shean Hannity program, for reasons I'll address to anyone interested in the comments section below. However I am pleased the program and corporate producers allowed guest's to present their positions in this venue on US. Senator Feinsteins *so called* “Assult weapons ban of 2013” S.150

Let's take a look at the text of Amendment II - “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed”  Make no mistake the Second Amendment is precise in it's nature and structural context. One dose not need a college degree to understand the amendment's meaning.


Our founding fathers added the Second Amendment to the Bill of Rights not for the soul purpose of sport shooting, or hunting turkeys. The (right) to keep and bear arms derives from our civic duty as free citizens to retain the material capacity to defend our Liberty from tyrannical government. Tyrannical government at any level. That includes Local, State and Federal! So when we make the judgment that our rights are being systematically violated, and after a long train of abuses and usurpations by our government. The Declaration of Independence has outlined our duty: Resist and overthrow the power responsible! Don't believe me, read it for yourself.

Quote "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." End quote

I am not advocating violence, I am advocating you the citizen step up to the plate and get involved. Representative government begins with YOU. If we as a people are too afraid to take a stand in peace time, then I believe we get what we deserve in times of conflict. Stand with me today and contact your Local, State and US. Representatives.
